Who is responsible

The website bpp27.tero.be is published by Tero Group, Chau. de Tervuren 389, 1410 Waterloo, Belgium (the data controller for this site), for the Lotto Brussels Premier Padel P2 by CBC.

For any question about your personal data, write to hello@brusselspremierpadel.be.

What we collect and why

We limit collection to what is needed to answer you and to measure the performance of the site.

  • Newsletter and early access: your email address, and the information you give in the sign-up form, to send you news about the tournament and the ticketing launch. Legal basis: your consent.
  • Contact and hospitality requests: the information you put in the form or the email, to answer your request. Legal basis: your request, then our legitimate interest in handling it.
  • First-party audience measurement: page views, clicks, language, device type and scroll depth, without advertising cookies. An anonymous session id (random, kept in the tab) counts sessions. No email address, no direct identifier. Legal basis: your consent.
  • Ticket purchases: Fever sends us the order reference, amount, currency and, where applicable, the ambassador code, to measure attributed sales. Legal basis: performance of the contract.

Cookies and consent

Essential cookies and similar storage are used to run the site (security, session, your cookie choice). They do not require consent.

bpp27.tero.be sets no analytics cookies and no advertising pixels. Measurement is first-party: an anonymous session id lives in sessionStorage and your choice in localStorage. Nothing is sent before you consent.

With your consent, events are sent to our own endpoint. External destinations (GA4, Google Ads, Brevo) are disabled by default and only receive data when they are enabled and the matching consent is given. You can change your choice through Cookie settings; Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track are respected.

Who else sees your data

We do not sell personal data. We use the following processors, each under a data processing agreement:

  • Brevo (emailing) — newsletter and early access.
  • Jotform (forms) — early access and contact forms opened from this site.
  • Fever (ticketing) — ticket sales and purchase webhook, on its own platform.
  • Google Analytics 4 (Measurement Protocol) — audience measurement, only if the destination is enabled and with your consent, with no Google cookie or script in the page.
  • Cloudflare and our hosting provider — site delivery and security.

How long we keep it

Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe, then deleted or anonymised. Requests sent to the team are kept for as long as needed to handle them and to keep a record of the exchange. Measurement events are kept for a maximum of 395 days (13 months), then deleted.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to limit or object to its use, to withdraw your consent at any time and to receive your data in a portable format.

Write to hello@brusselspremierpadel.be. We answer within one month as a rule. If you are not satisfied, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels.
