Privacy policy
This policy explains what happens to your personal data when you visit bpp27.tero.be, sign up for early access or write to us.
Who is responsible
The website bpp27.tero.be is published by Tero Group, Chau. de Tervuren 389, 1410 Waterloo, Belgium (the data controller for this site), for the Lotto Brussels Premier Padel P2 by CBC.
For any question about your personal data, write to hello@brusselspremierpadel.be.
What we collect and why
We limit collection to what is needed to answer you and to measure the performance of the site.
- Newsletter and early access: your email address, and the information you give in the sign-up form, to send you news about the tournament and the ticketing launch. Legal basis: your consent.
- Contact and hospitality requests: the information you put in the form or the email, to answer your request. Legal basis: your request, then our legitimate interest in handling it.
- Audience measurement: the pages you visit, the links you click, and technical data such as your browser and screen size, to understand how the site is used. Legal basis: your consent, except for the technical logs needed to serve the site.
- Tickets: buying a ticket happens on Fever, not on this site. Fever is the controller for the data collected at checkout, and applies its own privacy policy.
Cookies and consent
Essential cookies and similar storage are used to run the site (security, session, your cookie choice). They do not require consent.
With your consent, we use analytics cookies and, when a campaign is running, advertising cookies and pixels (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn) through Google Tag Manager. If you refuse, nothing non-essential is loaded.
Consent Mode v2 is configured for Google: your choice is passed to the tags, which adapt what they collect. You can change your choice at any time through the Cookie settings link in the footer.
Who else sees your data
We do not sell personal data. We use the following processors, each under a data processing agreement:
- Brevo (emailing) — newsletter and early access.
- Jotform (forms) — early access and contact forms opened from this site.
- Fever (ticketing) — ticket sales, on its own platform.
- Google (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4) — audience measurement and advertising, only with your consent.
- Cloudflare and our hosting provider — site delivery and security.
How long we keep it
Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe, then deleted or anonymised. Requests sent to the team are kept for as long as needed to handle them and to keep a record of the exchange. Analytics data is kept for a maximum of 14 months.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to limit or object to its use, to withdraw your consent at any time and to receive your data in a portable format.
Write to hello@brusselspremierpadel.be. We answer within one month as a rule. If you are not satisfied, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels.
