Tickets FAQ
The questions we get every week
Sessions and access
How many sessions are there per day?
Two — a day session and an evening session — from Wednesday 21 April 2027. The opening days are sold as All Day access.
Is access to the Padel Village free?
Yes. Courts 2 and 3 and the Padel Village are free to enter. Only the Central Court requires a ticket.
Do I keep my seat between matches?
With Fixed Seating, yes: the numbered seat is yours for the whole session. With Free Seating, your place may be taken if you leave between matches.
Buying
Can I choose my seat?
Yes, in the stand you select, inside Fever when you book a Fixed Seating ticket. Free Seating, VIP and rooftop do not use numbered seats.
Is the ticket nominative?
Ticketing, seat choice and customer accounts are handled by Fever. The 2027 rules on nominative tickets are confirmed with Fever before the launch.
Where do I get my tickets?
From Fever. This site sends you to the exact page of the formula you choose and tracks the click; the sale itself is entirely on Fever.
Practical
Can I buy drink vouchers?
Yes, at the time of booking. The amount you choose is loaded on a card handed to you on site.
What is the children's policy?
Kids fare from 5 to 14 years old, with the child's ID possible at the entrance. Under 5, admission is free but the child sits on a parent's lap.
Can I exchange or refund a ticket?
Refunds and exchanges follow Fever's terms and conditions. Write to hello@brusselspremierpadel.be and we will look at your case with the ticketing team.
